  • Unaltered
  • No makeup stains
  • No deodorant stains
  • No animal hair
  • No smells of smoke
  • Not purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more
  • Not final sale
  • Not a hat, jewelry, hair accessory, bodysuit, or bralette
  • Not purchased at discount on a live sale
  • With the original tag attached
  • Within the date ranges specified in the return policy

If you answered YES to all of these, you are eligible for a return. Please refer to our return policy below. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

 

Return Policy

Refunds will be offered in the form of store credit. Customer is responsible for returning shipping fees. Customers must use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to make returns to our post office box. Returns must be postmarked by 14 business days of the delivery date. Once we have received your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. To initiate a return, fill out our return form by clicking the link below.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email shopelleryandco@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage with written details about the defect and your order number. Our team will get you taken care of!

 

Lost Packages

Shop Ellery & Co is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. We are unable to offer assistance in finding lost packages and it is the customer responsibility to file a claim with the mail provider.
